How do I return an item?
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please email us explaining the issue at email@example.com. At times we will ask for the item to be shipped back to evaluate the situation. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to report a problem. We will always work to resolve the issue and issue credits or replacement where reasonable. Please Understand: We can not issue refunds for melted chocolate if they were left outside. Please provide an address where the chocolates will be able to be accepted at the time of delivery if going to a location where the temperature is expected to go above 80 F.
- Receiving Damaged Merchandise - If you receive merchandise that is damaged or otherwise not acceptable, please contact No Whey Chocolate to report the damage immediately upon receipt of shipment. Detailed digital photographs, showing box, packaging materials and damage are often acceptable as evidence for claim purposes.
- Package Tracking - No Whey Chocolate recommends that customers track their packages during shipment. If your product is delivered to the wrong address, or is lost by the carrier, tracking information will help in the recovery of the package. It is the responsibility of the carrier to locate merchandise in their care.
- All sales are final for all products and can not be expected to be cancelled.
- There is no guarantee whatsoever in terms of receiving time or quality condition on International orders due to long ship times. Additionally there can be expected to be a customs fee assessed at the receiving location especially when using UPS as a carrier.
