Great product that I can’t find undamaged

I enjoy this product. However, both times I have attempted to order it in bulk, the packages have arrived damaged. The cold pack was insufficient to keep the candy from melting. I paid for the fastest shipping and added the extra cold pack. I still received damaged goods. As much as I love this product, I hesitate to ever order it again.

I found this product purely by accident, but have kept a supply in my home since I first discovered them. They are a great treat and don't cause havoc with any of my food allergies. I take them with me wherever I go. I've shared them with family and friends and always get the same comment--these are wonderful. Where can I get them? I refer them to your website.
