Has my order shipped?
  Log into your account and then click the "My Account /Order Tracking" links at the bottom right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
 

Log into your account and then click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the bottom right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. Your order is very important to us and we will respond to any of your issues or concerns promptly!

How do I track my order?
  Log into your account and then click the "Order Tracking" link at the bottom right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Log into your account and then click the "Order Tracking" link at the bottom right side of our site to track your order status. Click the green "view or change order" button. If your order information says that your order has been shipped and there is a tracking number, click on the "TRACK YOUR PACKAGE" link; this link will take you to the carrier website and give you a tracking history. If your tracking history shows that your order has been delivered and you have still not received your package, please contact No Whey Foods customer service immediately. Contact customer service by emailing info@nowheychocolate.com or by calling 732-806-5218. Your order is very important to us and we will respond to you promptly.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Log into your account and then click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the bottom right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Your backorder will be shipped out as soon as the product is produced and put back in stock. You will receive a second shipping confirmation email with a new tracking number when your backorder is shipped. Please contact info@nowheychocolate.com for any questions regarding your backorder.
